Glorious Sushi is a glorious success story.
Tetyana brought her love of great sushi, and her qualification from London’s Academy of Sushi, and set up shop in Dunhill, in County Waterford, in 2012, working with 3 staff members and supplying local shops.
Fast forward a decade, and Glorious Sushi now operates from a state-of-the-art production hub in Tramore – yet another player in Tramore’s steady march to culinary greatness – and there are no fewer than 17 members of staff, all working hard to make mellifluous, sublime sushi, and to get it safely delivered to shops and supermarkets, and their hungry customers.
Tetyana’s story is an ennabling tale about the determination and ability of people who come to Ireland – she hails from Ukraine – and of how they make life better for everyone through their hard work, their originality, and their ability to blend and mix culinary cultures. Glorious Sushi has spent the decade getting better and better, originating new products – most recently their beautifully delivered onigiri sushi
– with delicious new iterations taking their place alongside classics like their great California roll, the salmon and avocado roll, the mart hoisin duck roll. Glorious Sushi offer us beautiful, health-giving, aesthetically sublime sushi creations, and we are all thankful.
