  • Organico

Organico’s exalted status as one of the benchmark destinations in West Cork, and on the Wild Atlantic Way, is due in large part to the fact that Hannah and Rachel Dare are continually refining, adapting, altering and improving the experience that they offer to their customers.
This is a significant modus operandi. Most shops and bakeries and wholefood stores establish their identity, then stick to it regardless. But Organico has always mutated, looking to establish better systems, better ways of working for both their customers and staff.
When you run a busy shop and bakery, having the time and ability and foresight to be always looking ahead is no small thing. But Hannah and Rachel manage it, which means that Organico always manages to feel contemporary, always manages to feel right up there with the new destinations, whilst also managing to cling tight to its own fixed star. Organico is sui generis: there is no other West Cork address like it, and every time you visit, you discover something new, something unexpected, something delightful. Organico is, thereby, pure West Cork.
