Bacardi Mojito
Ingredients:
50ml Bacardi Superior Rum
8-12 fresh mint leaves
20ml lime juice
2 spoons Caster sugar
Soda water
Method
Into a glass add 2 spoons caster sugar and 20 ml lime juice. Stir until sugar dissolves. Place 8-12 mint leaves into the glass and muddle with the sugar & lime mixture. Half fill the glass with crushed ice and stir. Add 50ml Bacardi Superior rum and stir again, then completely fill the glass with crushed ice and top with soda water.
Serve in a 12oz Highball glass, Garnish with mint sprig
Bacardi Original Daiquiri
Ingredients:
50ml Bacardi Superior Rum
20ml lime juice
2 spoons Caster sugar
Method
Into a Boston glass add 2 spoons of caster sugar and 20ml lime juice. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add 50ml Bacardi Superior rum then fill with cubed & crushed ice. Shake hard and strain into a chilled coupette.
